Delmonico: Located @ the Venetian on Restaurant Row. An Emeril Lagasse restaurant specializing in cajun flavours.
Nobu: You really can never go wrong with a Nobu location. I recommend the Caesars Palace location over the Hard Rock.
Spago: Located at the Forum Shops @ Caesar’s Palace. A good choice for lunch and wine. Some good Forum Shops people watching as well.
Sushi Samba: At the Palazzo. If you are looking for something casual and fun, then this is your spot.
Andrea: Located @ Encore. This place is my “go to” place for music, drinks and great food. Beautiful open room. One of my Vegas favourites.
Giada: Gorgeous views of the strip. Very popular at The Cromwell.
Scarpetta: @ Cosmopolitan has a great view of the Bellagio fountain, go here for a nice classy meal.
Tao: Not so long ago it was “the” spot in Vegas… It still is a worthy candidatte. You can have dinner and then get escorted to your table in the nightclub.
STK: The "party steakhouse" in Las Vegas.
SW: Sit outside "lakeside" and enjoy. Love it here. My favourite steakhouse in Las Vegas.
Jaleo: Fusion and fun. Located at the Cosmopolitan. Keep your eyes open for the LA jet set. Great people watching at the Cosmo.
In-N-Out Burger: You know the drill. At the Linq Hotel and Casino
Milos: Vegas dining experience at its finest. Just like its New York outpost.
Lavo: You can not go wrong with plans at Lavo. Have dinner and then head up to the smaller more intimate club. I like it here quite a bit.
Yellowtail: Really good sushi in a fun environment at the Bellagio.
Momofuku: Famous hot spot form New York. At the Cosmopolitan. Go to “Milk” for casual desserts.
Beauty & Essex: Dinner and then stay for dancing. Once stop party spot.
MB Steak: New, busy and modern steakhouse at the Hard Rock Hotel.
Shake Shack: I love the burgers here. Located at the New York Hotel…Can't always be fine dining! Have the Shack burger, fries and a shake!
Olives: Located @ the Bellagio, this sophisticated Todd English restaurant has an incredible view of the Bellagio lake show. Great for Lunch…make sure you get a table with a view – it’s a perfect mid day stop.
Mon Ami Gabi: Located at Paris. I think the kids (if you are taking them) will find it pretty cool to eat outside at the footsteps of the Eiffel Tower.
Paris Baguette: Located in the Canal Shops at the Venetian – good quick stop for lunch.
Bouchon: Located at the Venetian – its not on casino level, but you can never go wrong with a Bouchon brunch.
Wynn Buffet: I am so not a fan of the massive overwhelming buffet, but the one at the Wynn is very good.
Trevi: Mid day shopping break is ideal here. It's in the middle of the Forum Shops - great people watching.
Mandalay Bay: Refreshingly located at the end of the strip - away from all the "cheese".
Bellagio: Right in the middle of the strip and has some of the finest boutiques in Vegas. The Casino is refreshing and an excellent Sports gambling area.
Venetian: Ornate and huge. Has that Canal flowing through the property. Masterful job building this place. Rooms are all suites.
Palazzo: Modern rooms. All of them are suites. Very well located next door to the Wynn and attached to the Venetian. After Wynn, this would be my choice to stay.
Four Seasons: Top floors at Mandalay Bay….has its own pool.
Wynn: Well worth the extra dosh that it costs to stay here. Great location – right across from the Fashion Show Mall. Best casino/hotel in Vegas. My preferred place too stay.
Palms: I think its had its day
Aria: Upon arrival it looks like a massive airport terminal – but its actually not too bad. Good shopping and decent restaurants.
Cosmopolitan: The 'it' spot – but I prefer the Wynn/Encore. However, most of the cool bars and restaurants are here.
Tao: Reserving a table in the “Moat” area is the most desired place.
Surrender: At Encore. Smaller scale than the other clubs at Wynn.
XS: Mega Club at Encore. Always an A List Dj performing here.
Hakassan: Grandest club in Vegas at MGM.
Lavo: More of a boutique nightclub at Palazzo.
Bank: At Bellagio.
Marquee: The "It" spot at Cosmo.
Cosmopolitan Chandelier Bar: Just hanging at the hotel bar is fun here.
Drai’s: After hours? No other place to go? Then this is your spot. It's at the Cromwell.
Clique: Cosmopolitan hotel - lounge with a great set up. If you dont want to do the nightclub thing - this is your place.
Omnia: You can expect a world class DJ to be playing here. I recommend getting a table on the Terrace with outstanding views of the strip. Located at Caesars Palace. Encore Beach Club: If you are going to do the day club/ pool party thing. This would be my recommendation.
Marquee: Very popular and always a good DJ.
Forum Shops: Pretty cool shopping experience.
Canal Shops: Along the Venetian canals, this mall is elegant with several high class boutiques
Fashion Mall: Nieman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks
Shoppes at Palazzo: There is a Barney here along with several other well known boutiques and shops.
Premium Outlets: About 15 minute drive.
Crystals: Lots of great shopping at Aria.
Cosmopolitan: There is an All Saints here.
Britney Spears: I’d love to see her show there! I think she is still performing.
Love: It’s the Cirque show for the Beatles. I loved it
Michael Jackson: It’s a Cirque show – I bet its great. I have not seen it.
“O”: Is a classic Cirque show. I saw it years ago but it was great! Its at Bellagio.
